Great stay

Very clean and lots of safety precautions in place throughout the hotel.
Sandra at check in was super nice and very inviting. Even with her mask on I could tell she was smiling and genuinely enjoying her job.
Bed was very comfortable. Great nights sleep!

Easy access to expressways in Cincinnati. Clean hotel and rooms and courteous, attentive staff. Great value for your travel dollar.

Linen could have been cleaner! But the stay was nice! The friendly staff was very helpful. Food service was non-existent. Normal ladies day off and no one was there to police the access to the food during a pandemic. I felt safe but was concerned for the elderly staying in the hotel.
Nice new clean hotel.

Stayed for a night, and was very pleased with the quality of this hotel. Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast!

Terrible Staff Help except for One Person
Rude. Priority Member for years and I was very disappointed
with this stay, I have stayed at this location for many years
and was treated very rude by a couple of staff members.

We have stayed here twice and will again as we have family in the area. Very clean, comfortable, staff was helpful, felt safe, enough parking, breakfast was good considering Covid restrictions There is a Mejiers store very close with easy access from hotel.
