Great stay

Quick two night stay, and everything was perfect. Stayed there for a Washington Commanders football game, and a great location near the stadium. Close to the metro station, and took the metro to the stadium which was fantastic.
All at the hotel was great, especially all of the wonderful staff. An employee named Chase at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job, so a big shout out to him!

While our stay was amazing we really needed use of the refrigerator. It not only didn't work but it smelled and was filled with mold. Because they were full we couldn't get a different room. However, as I stated our overall stay besides this was amazing.

Last minute change from a different Holiday Inn and the experience was seamless and easy. Very nice accommodations, spacious room, decent breakfast and of course excellent wifi.

Checking hotel rooms prior to assigning them.
8/19/23: Upon check-in the Representative informed me of the non-smoking policy of the hotel. I’m not a smoker. I signed the necessary form and continued to the room. The room was on the 1st Floor, 1x1 King Suite. I dropped my bag off in the living room area and I noticed a strong smell of "smoke." I came back to the front desk, and told the Representative about the smell, to make him aware and he gave his apologies. I left to go visit family in the area. I returned at 12:00am, as my husband was using the bathroom, I walked over to the side of the bed (closes to the window) the floor was soaking wet. I went to the Front Desk to tell them and retrieve towels. The person at the front desk was extremely nice and gave me with towels. And told me it’s the A/C. I was unable to change rooms, as my husband was already in the shower at 12:30am. When my husband checked us out the next morning - the same gentleman that checked me in, told my husband “yes, when your wife told me about the smoke smell yesterday – I figured the A/C was leaking again.” He then told my husband he would give us Reward Points (which we never received). But also, if you knew what the problem was – why did he let me stay in that room?! Inconsiderate. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was fine I did not have any complaints. Everything from the front desk to the room service whenever towels were needed I received a quick response

My family and I stayed in this hotel recently for our trip to Washington DC. PROS: the hotel had free parking, was close to the Metro station, was very clean and modern, had comfortable beds, the larger room was in fact spacious and roomy enough for a family of 4 with luggage, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the staff were very friendly, and my kids loved having a pool to use. The hotel is easy to get to and has a lot of dining and shopping options in the nearby vacinity. CONS: the pool was cloudy on arrival and put me off using it. Also, we had a problem with our air-conditioner leaking water on our carpet (although, the hotel staff were very keen to make this right!).

My room was excellent, more than I had expected. I was given an upgrade due to me being a silver member; I was greeted as a member. The breakfast selections were great. The staff was great at the front desk. I was in the area for my grandson's graduation from Towson University at a graduation party. I left the cake at the front desk for the staff to enjoy. Excellent hotel, would definitely stay again and will recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

We stayed in this hotel to go to Fedex stadium for the Premier League Soccer matches that were held in the area. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was wonderful and we slept very well. The hotel was close to many restaurants and within walking distance of the stadium (within 1-1.5 miles). It was set back from the main road so it was quiet and the staff were efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!
