The staff down front at night was very friendly and worked hard to please the customer.
Room service lacked. The 2nd day we were there the bed was poorly made, coffee pot was not changed out. It was like they came in, threw the comforter on and left.
3rd day it was cleaned properly.
4th day they did not clean the room at all. And yes, we made sure on all days to remove the do-not-disturb sign. When I complained the lady at the front desk explained the cleaning staff has left and gave us fresh towels.
Breakfast was terrible. Stopped at 9am which seems ealry for folks relaxing and the weekend should also include a hot breakfast, not some breakfast bars.
This was the most expensive hotel in the area.

Pros:
- Reasonable room rate
- Able to provide hot breakfast despite Gov shutdown of indoor dining (pick-up and take back to room). Thanks!
- comfortable beds
- quiet style AC/heat
Cons:
- no tub in room, just shower
- charge $10 incidentals which they later take off
- road noise (didn't bother us because we run TV)
- not really close to restaurants
Overall a good stay and I would stay again. Really don't like the $10 incidental policy. You have CC on file in case there are problems. Also miss bathtub. Sometimes like to sit and relax.

Stayed at this location several times. Will continue to do so.
All staff were exceptional especially front desk person named “Candy” she has been there all times we’ve stayed and remembered us.
Only negative is wish the hot breakfast was all week as we usually come on a Thursday and leave on a Monday.
One of our “go to” choices.

Holliday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in numerous locations (N.C., Va., W.Va., KY., OH., ) have been consistently
clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfasts, easy to book.

Every staff person I encountered was kind and helpful... Our stay was pleasant.. everything in the room and bathroom was perfectly clean.

Front desk staff not dressed very professionally. But overall great hotel experience. Happy that pool was safely open and they offered to go breakfast items.

The bed was excellent,bathroom was also very clean kept up with toilet paper and clean towels,the coffee was good and asking the maids was not a problem for me to get anything I needed. Could emprove the key card cause most of the time they hardly worked .

Had no issues with my stay it was a good clean hotel with friendly staff, comfortable bed, adjustable thermostat, pool and 24 Hour Fitness Center all in all great experience!
Will stay here again.

I stayed in a king suite, the room itself was good, front desk lady was kind, But the noise the water made running thru the walls was atrocious, leading to a poor nights sleep and made relaxing kinda difficult without having the tv so loud you thought you was bothering your neighbor
