Our reservation was made under my husband's points account. This hotel, without my knowledge and consent, set up a points account for me with this stay. This was not requested by me, not authorized by me, and I was never advised of this. This is totally unacceptable.

The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The staff was great.The only negatives would be the tv location in the room and the mattress.
The tv in our room was placed in a way that it seemed to be an afterthought rather than planned out. Our room had a sitting area on one side, bed on the other. The tv was mounted on the wall between the two halves, not clearly visible from the sitting area, and at an odd angle from bed. This could easily be solved with a wall mount that extends out from the wall and rotates side to side so that it can be fully visible from both areas. As it is, the tv is on a flush, non-extendable mount making it less than practical from either area for viewing.
The mattress starts out hard as wood and feels like concrete an hour or so after laying on it. My wife and I both are attending massage therapy under doctor's orders for our backs since returning home after sleeping on the mattress for 3 nights.
Aside from the tv and mattress, the whole place is top notch.

Other than not meeting my room reservations (two queen beds), for my son and I, everything else was perfect. Once checked in, didn't need anything, all was there. Great Value. As you walked to you room, you passed the lounge(coffee all night), pool, and the gym, all centrally located .
