Lovely hotel, very clean, plenty of choices for breakfast, pleasant pool, chilled atmosphere and nice staff.

We enjoyed playing shuffle board with the hotel provided equipment. The front patio was a very pleasant area. The pool, spa and exercise room were conveniently situated. The early breakfast had several choices and was replenished for later diners. Very quiet ground floor room.
Friendly staff, clean. Quiet, good atmosphere. Nice place.

Friendly staff, good clean facilities. Nice pool and hit tub. Nice green area outside rabies and chairs. Tennis courts. Shuffle board. Pool was clean and hot tub too. Great time in desert. Air Conditioned. Nice property.
Gem in the Valley

Not only is the hotel near the Coachella Valley for a little known music festival… but the quality and overall experience is wonderful. Kevin helped us check in and get settled and is personable, kind, and welcoming - like being greeted by an old friend. The stay as always is great - clean sheets, great showers, etc - allowing me to feel clean and rested while exploring the desert. And talk about morning power-ups- Brenda has you covered with breakfast taking care not only of having a variety and quality of food - but also remembers there are people with allergies and certain food needs - like gluten free. Overall this is the best hotel for me in the valley and I have stayed here yearly for the past 6 years. Love this place.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my situation, I had an early flight and landed a few hours before check it time I called ahead to see if they would be able to check me in and the lady at the front desk was very kind and let us check in a little earlier. I really liked the room and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of options and everything was very fresh. My only concern and what made me very uncomfortable was the elevator situation. It seemed like everytime I would press my floor bottom it did not work, you would have to press it multiple times and even then we would be stuff for a couple minutes. Hopefully they get that fix. Besides that my stay was pretty good.
Breakfast lacks compared to other local Holiday Inn and definitely doesn’t hold a candle to the UK hotels.

Breakfast is lacking in plant based options: Potatoes, apples, banana, dry cereal, and oats. They have NO NON DAIRY MILKS for those with allergies! Only spreads they have for bagels are fruit spread and peanut butter. The other holiday inn in town has a wider selection of food, a larger eating area, and later eating times for weekends.
Appalling. Acquire non dairy milks and more options to eat and drink for plant based and those with dairy allergies.
good for just Coachella

it’s a great location if you’re attending Coachella. The shuttle that takes you to Coachella is across the street in front of the Albertsons. They also have Starbucks and a sprouts there so you can buy food drinks. It’s about 20 minutes from the venue.
Mixed feelings now after third stay

I now have mixed feelings after this third stay here. Prior to this stay, I didn't have mixed feelings and felt like we found our go to hotel for when we visit this area several times a year but now I am not so sure. This was the worst stay out of our three stays. We usually always feel welcomed by friendly and professional staff upon arriving but not this time. I can't say any of that for this recent check in. The gal seem like she didn't want to be there and took it out on everyone else. Ok so she must of been having a bad day, moving on to entering our room. Upon entering our room, there were so called orange and brown stains on the counters and an area on the wall. U could see what had been dusted, what hadn't without touching anything. And there was hair on the bedding before even touching it. Great. So I dropped our luggage and turned TV on for my daughter (which the TV was very slanted so I hope it wasn't going to fall off the wall) and went back to the front desk (dreading it cuz I didn't want to deal with the lady I did at check in) and asked if we could be moved and she said third floor. No, we can deal with this room for one night. My daughter doesn't handle elevators well so I try to avoid them. Went back to the room and started on wiping everything down as i normally do when we first arrive. Guess what, all those orange and brown so called stains wiped right up and off the wall. What the heck! Room was definitely not cleaned. Room was much cleaner when we checked out than it was upon arrival! I pulled the bedding (only one thin comforter on bed no top sheet just fitted) and there was a ton of stuffing coming out of it as it had large holes in it. Who the heck puts a torn up comforter on a bed for guest to use? Would the housekeeper do that at her own home? I would hope not. And hair on sheet after pulling comforter back as well. Same with other bed, hair. At least that bed had a decent comforter. Neither of them were the cleanest so I am glad we had some blankets in the car. I did go right back out to the front desk dreading I would have to deal with the lady again (its not pleasant to deal with unpleasant unprofessional people) and I mentioned it to her and boy did she seem I inconvenienced her asking for the comforter to be swapt out and why. I even showed her a photo of it. NOw I know not to ask anything else rest of the night. We are now already late for GLOW at the zoo because of all these issues. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel before especially at this level of a hotel. I set the a/c at 66 as the room was hot and stuffy. When we returned 3 hours later the room said 72 yet the thermometer set to 66. Great. Its going to be a hot night. I went to my car and got the fan out that I always carry with us. So the a/c is the pits there. It was a very hot long night and we woke up to the room being 78 despite temp set to 66. Granted the a/c has never worked correctly in all three of our stays but not this bad. The lady in the breakfast room was nice - finally a nice professional staff person! She was so aware of her surroundings and always making sure to be out of everyones way while she did her work. I still can't say anything nice about the front desk people despite being different ones the morning of check out. What the heck. What happened to the friendly, welcoming, professional hotel staff. The lady we ran into cleaning rooms was really nice and I was hoping she wasn't the one that did a horrible job on our room. Anyway, we manually checked out and that was a mistake. Should of done the digital check out and avoided the front desk staff. Not a great way to start the day but I definitely choose to not let it affect our day. Not worth it. So will I be back? IDK. I really like the location and had two great stays but what was good about this stay? Parking was easy as usual. Good water pressure and water does get hot.

Quiet, comfortable and cozy stay! Clean rooms, a variety of activities including Pool, Exercise facilities, and a Jacuzzi. The stellar breakfast, along with the helpful and friendly staff was the icing on the cake. 10/10!
Coachella 2025 weekend 1

One of the locations for shuttle stop to the festival. Clean and quiet rooms, courteous professional staff. After a night at Coachella, you really need a hot breakfast the next day.

The checking was efficient. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was an amazing start to the day. The only thing I wish there was that would of made the check out and check in experience more was more available luggage dollys, during busy weekend it was hard to get a hold of one. Staff was kind enough to point me to where they are stored and help notify when they were available.
