Booked 3 rooms for my special Easter Sunday birthday, even emailed prior and all was good with my request for three rooms together fulfilled. Arrived way past 15.00 hrs and was told that only one room was ready, not a good start, was offered two other rooms on different floors but the check in person obviously hadn't read the brief. Put all the cases in one room and noticed their wasn't any cleaning staff attending to the other rooms 419, 421, 423. Headed out around the armouries and returned only to find again the check in person still wasn't sure if the other two rooms were ready!!. Not good, later, very early hours corridor full of noise which is why i always specify away from lift and high floor, but this did not make any difference. Took breakfast on the Monday and checked out, was was told by the "person in charge" that one lot of points will be credited back to my account, as yet nothing! Not happy with this service at all!!!!!

Beds are rock solid, bathroom was a bit tatty and the sofa bed was dirty.

The room smelt of stagnant water, it hit you like a brick as you walked in. There are no lights in the hallway where the mirror is so drying your hair in the dark wasn’t easy… can’t see what you look like properly either. Bed comfy, breakfast ok, nothing special.

bathrooms needs a bit updating on caulk and trim, but still clean overall.
didn't really know how to use the thermostat properly, though. but still was warm enough during the cold weather.
