Even though they were working on the roads the location was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable bed and good area

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was walking distance from Graceland. The fridge still had food and drinks in it and the bathroom has dust and a little dirt but was good. Don't know how long the place was empty without customers to the day we stayed bit it could have been tidied up before it was stayed in. Everything else was good.

Never been to Memphis. Choose this Hotel because it was close to airport. Checked in, and went up to room and the room was not cleaned. Took pics. Went back down and they put us in another room. Went to put something in the refrigerator and they had a cup of a drink in there. Took pics. They came and cleaned that out and I wiped down the rest of the room. I was tired. Next day they called and told us we had to move to the original room, because the room they put us in was already taken, but they did not tell us that, so we had to pack up and move back to that room. I did report all of this. I was also assured that I would get a handicapped room and I wasn't given it, because they said they had a contest, but what does that have to do with me getting a handicapped room. So I had to wait 2 days before they could find me a step ladder that I could use to get in and out of the bed. It was not good!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Upon our arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who quickly checked us in and then provided helpful information on things to do in area. The entire staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and very modern. Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. We were also happy with the shuttle to Graceland and the airport. Location is just a few blocks from Graceland. Great value for what we paid.

I was traveling to Memphis for my birthday, and was there to visit Graceland. We chose the hotel because of great reviews and we were not disappointed! Great value great staff super clean hotel new hotel gated parking lot you won’t be disappointed. Would stay here over and over and over again.
