Great service when we checked in!

Wonderful service when we checked in. The room was clean and I love that IHG has soap right in the shower. The only downside was the pillows seem to deflate as soon as you laid on them causing us to have a hard time sleeping.

I had no issues while staying here and was here for multiple days and nights. I was able to relax even though I worked nights the hotel floor I was on was quiet which was awesome. The entire staff was wonderful.

Dirty!

We checked in a day early with confirmation #44701842. The room we were given was disgusting and smelled. I asked for housekeeping to clean. They said they didn’t have anyone there. He said he would give us a different room. Went to the new room and it didn’t smell as bad, but was just as dirty. Went back down again to front desk and he called someone. A woman came downstairs from housekeeping and said she would clean. Went back to the room and was still dirty. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. Have pictures of the blood on the bedding and dirty room. Felt uncomfortable the entire stay. The hallways and carpets have stains all over and aren’t vacuumed. When we left I watched housekeeping “clean” two rooms across the hall after people checked out. Weren’t in there long and didn’t vacuum. I have NEVER complained about a hotel room or hotel, that’s how gross this place is. Please call me so I can explain further and find out where to send pictures. So many issues with that hotel. Would NEVER go back even if it was free.

From the map, it looked like it was in a strip-but actually on it's own but near a nice shopping area with lots of shops, places to eat in walking distance. Very clean, looked like a new hotel. Manager said only 5 years old.

A Great Race Stopover

We were greeted with a warm smile and treated as a valued guest. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends. The room was perfect for the rest I needed to continue the Great Race, thank you.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable

Everything about this hotel was better than excepted. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. The only negative thing is that we felt rushed to leave. The staff kept knocking on our door and calling us within a few minutes of checkout time
