Bad Smell/Bad Customer Service

The front desk clerk was super rude and seemed like she didn’t like her job too great. When I called to the lobby to report my refrigerator being broke she answered the phone without introducing herself she just said front desk. When I walked in the hotel it had an old smell that was horrible. The rooms were up to date but it seemed like they missed the mark when remodeling because the place smelled old still. When the manager came up to check out my refrigerator he said it was cool and I told him no it’s not. Anytime I put breast milk or room temperature wine in there and after a hour it is not cold then it is not getting cold. So he brought a new refrigerator back and had his mask half on and I had a baby in the room. Will never return to this hotel.

I have stayed here before some years ago and the stay was fine. This stay was wonderful as well, all of the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk manager Amos was really awesome. Exceptional customer service.

This hotel was a great value with a good location. I had quick access to downtown and the arch but wasn't amid all of the noise and traffic. Even better, I was able to have a quick exit and entry when coming and going from St. louis.

St Louis Holiday Inn Express Natural Bridge Rd

Front desk lady was very helpful. Room was ok, except for the spider in the web in a corner. I guess that was the October special.
Also the stopper in the bathtub didn't work.
They also didn't have a shuttle to the airport and would not pay for an uber or taxi. The airport was about 2 miles away. I can understand limiting capacity on you shuttle but not eliminating it completely!

Enjoyed my stay

I was on a business trip that landed me in STL for 10 nights. While checking in, I was recognized as a Platinum member, and I was immediately upgraded to an executive suite. This made my stay excellent. Due to COVID-19, many amenities were closed but I still enjoyed my stay.

One of the Worst Nights Ever!

I decided to stay at this location because I was having work done on my home. When we got to the hotel there was a christening going on in the meeting room. The music was extremely loud I had a hard time hearing the female at the front desk and she advised me that the party was for a fellow coworkers relative. She gave us the room key points in the direction of the room and we didn’t realize the room that she gave us was the room next-door to the meeting room where the loud party was. I immediately went back to the front desk to inquire about the loud music and again she reminded me that the party was for one of her coworker relatives and it will be over soon. When I asked if we could switch rooms she told me no and did not provide any other explanation or anything else. I went back to the room and the party did not end or the music did not go off until 12:47 AM after the party the kids who attended the party continue to run back-and-forth to the bathroom the meeting room and in the hall which was again right outside of our door. Last but not least when I put the bed sheets back I noticed a large black stain under Phoebe’s bed sheet I further inspect the sheets and the exact same stain was on one of the pillowcases and the comforter. I took pictures and showed the front desk attendant and ask what are the chances of the same stain being on the spreadsheet the pillowcases and the comforter and again with faced with a lack of care. Keep in mind when I first checked in I was surprised when the front desk attendant told me I had to pay a deposit of over three Benjamin Franklins and an Andrew Jackson(my review was rejected cause I mention the specific dollar amount) I ask why and she explained this is to protect the hotel property and belongings. Saturday 9/26th was expensive restless night- I paid almost double the deposit for the night, including the deposit that has not been lifted after 3 days and can honestly say I had the worst night at Holiday Inn Express St. Louis Airport.
