Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location & Great Service!! We were attending a Baseball Game at UMSL University. This hotel was very close and a very nice property! The Shuttle Driver Dave was excellent and took our entire group to a Mexican restaurant that was excellent. We didn't have to drive and we could all go together! Very nice service and great Staff attitude!! Thank you we will stay again when in the area!! April 16, 2015

We were flying out of STL for a trip and decided to stay overnight at this hotel in order to catch an early flight out. We loved our stay here so much that we immediately booked another stay here for when we returned a few days later. This was our vacation before & after our vacation! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was outstanding! Pillows were nice! The price was reasonable, not cheap but reasonable and the parking lot secure, the hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was very pleasant in each of the different areas front desk, drivers to & from the airport (Terance? especially helpful). The morning ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful! I would have given it 5 stars if we could have tried one of the rooms on the back side of the hotel because you could hear car and plane traffic from the 2 different rooms we had on the 2 different nights we stayed. Over all good place to stay! Thank you staff at the Holiday Inn! April 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible service Horrible experience at this hotel and will never stay at this location again nor will i recommend it to anyone. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and easy to work with but could not get others on staff to do there jobs in a timely manner. Over charging my credit card and then having to wait several days to be reimbursed is never a good experience. April 8, 2015
