Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst HIE Experience Second time typing this, gonna be brief. Too the many HIE experiences my wife and I have had, this one was by far the worst. The entire building just did not seem up to the HIE standards. From the moment we walked into the lobby the furniture and carpets seemed old and dingy. The pool was under repair, but even still just seemed like a feature you would want to avoid. In the room the carpet was absolutely disgusting, plus had a couple hidden, yet significant lumps that caused me to nearly roll my ankle on a couple occasions. The bathroom was...well, awful. The shower faucet was not securely attached to the wall and leaked horribly while being used, and the shower/bath diverter did not work, so the only option you have is a shower. The panels on the wall in the shower had poor caulking and looked to be mildewed. The water was mildly warm, even when cranked fully to hot. I recommend you find somewhere else to stay. Anywhere else. May 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad, but not up to snuff, either I read several reviews before posting this one. I didn't find the property to be as poor as several other reviewers, but it wasn't a "knock your socks off experience," either. The coffee pot took 20 minutes to brew two small cups; the mattress was obviously not very high quality and my sleep quality was poor. I found the staff to be courteous and professional but the room itself needs some maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The worst part of the experience for me was the internet service. Pings of over 30 milliseconds with download speeds of just over 2 Mbps and upload speeds of less than .5 Mbps - that just won't work for business! Way too slow. I ended up having to use my phone's MiFi to get anything done. I would not recommend staying here until some things are updated. May 5, 2015
