Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beware the 5th floor rooms My colleague and I both got rooms on the 5th floor and both of us did not enjoy our one night stay. I arrived around 11:30pm and went to my room. All look fine at first glance. I was ready to brush my teeth, watch a little tv, and go to sleep. Well, I noticed in the bathroom that the cleaner had re-hung a towel that was obviously used, the tv did not turn on, the phone next to the bed did not work, and the clock was unplugged. So since there was only the receptionist at the desk and I didn't want to wait an hour for her to find someone to come up and figure out what was wrong, I just chalked it up as a loss and decided to go to sleep. Before I went to bed, I called the front desk on the other phone in the room and asked for a 7:30am wake up call. Well, the hotel is located right along the highway and instead of counting sheep to go to sleep, I was counting cars driving down the highway. The windows are paper thin. Finally, to add insult to injury, I didn't receive my 7:30am wake up call. Fortunately, I decided to set my phone alarm as I wasn't going to put my trust in a hotel that can't even give me clean towels. February 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BORED KIDS WITH NO POOL! I was traveling with my children. I knew we were going to have a lot of down time and I wanted them to be entertained. It was cold outside so I went out of my way to find an IHG hotel with an indoor pool. We booked two nights at this hotel (20 miles from the event we were in town for) As soon as we checked in, we headed straight to the pool......which was closed for maintenance. It was drained and being painted. By that time it was too late to cancel for either nights without getting charged for the two nights. To make things worse, it's right on the highway and all you can hear all night is the sound of the highway. When it was shower time we only had two wash rags in the room so we went to the front desk to ask for more and we were told that they were out of them. Worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in to date. I understand the pool needs maintenance but make your website reflect that. Some people book a hotel just for the pool! February 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The room and corridors need cleaning. Our bathroom had mildew on most of the caulk, the bathroom floor under the counter was never swept or washed daily, the carpet had lumps under it that caused tripping and uneven walking. It reminded us of the carpet-layer who thought he lost his cigarette package and hammered it almost flat until the owner asked if he had seen her pet bird. One day we could use the pool. The other 3 days the pool was being filled, but no more than a few inches of water was in it when we departed Sunday morning. This really disappointed us, but nothing was done when I asked if it would be ready the next day. My husband said the Jacuzzi was so dirty looking that even he wouldn't go in it. No one cleaned up the little chunks of mud or paper in the hall ways and finally after 3 or 4 hours someone swept the lobby in front of the Registration Desk on Sunday morning just as we were departing. They went out of their way especially to accommodate my elderly parents, which I am so appreciative of. The rooms were more than comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. This was overall an outstanding experience. January 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice property, but needs internet fix This is a very nice property with comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly and helpful service. Only negative was that the internet service was intermittent, and staff didn't seem to understand how to fix it. Would definitely recommend this hotel if the internet connection was more consistent.
