Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Property is up to date and looks fairly new. Social hours are Monday thru Wednesday with opportunity to meet other guest

The prices were good,the staff very professional I have nothing negative to say. Our experience was great. The breakfast was awesome. I wish I could have stayed longer, but next Vaca they are definitely on the list !!!

The staff were super nice! However, we were disappointed to find two cockroaches in the shower, so our stay began with a bug hunt. Then we had a wake up call we did not schedule at 7am that disrupted our sleep. It also looked like the pool hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

I regularly travel for work and always stay with IHG. My regular IHG was all booked up for the weekend so I found this location through the app and this will be my new regular stay. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The almost full kitchen was such a welcome bonus and the layout of the room was perfect. There was even storage available which is such a wonderful feature as I often travel with a lot of baggage for work that I don't want just left in my vehicle. All the staff were extremely friendly and accomdating.

Friendly staff, quiet and remote location for city, near the airport. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and good hospitality reception in the evening. Will stay again when in the Charlotte area.

Staff was very knowledgeable of area and very pleasant to deal with. Recognized member ship status. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and opened on time. I would recommend this hotel. Great job, Thank you

I will not stay at any other hotel chain. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Full kitchen and sitting area all in one room.

Thank you for a nice stay at your hotel. The front desk staffer Denzel was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. This hotel is my 1st choice when I visit Charlotte N.C. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
