Next time I will come back to this hotel and advertise to my friends about Holiday Inn for good service and cleanliness. I wish the hotel prosperity and always maintain the criteria of cleanliness and beauty as now

I was impressed with this Holiday Inn Express. Great location off the main Highway. There was a Starbucks across the street. Cleanliness inside and out. The staff was very friendly!. The breakfast great for buffet. And the fact they had a coffeemaker & pods, mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was very comfortable!.

parked my vehicle in the hotel lot, got up the next morning and it was gone. this area of town was not mentioned as having criminal activity. no comments of any kind from hotel management
No room service, rattling noise

We have stayed at this facility several times in the past couple of years. This time around we did not get any room service. Also, there was a rattling noise from the ice machine. You would think we have earned enough loyalty to get a room that was not adjacent to the elevator and ice machine.

Our one night stay was comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay near the Houston Hobby Airport.

Great place to stay. Great staff. Hotel very updated. Their pantry is lacking. NO chocolate candy. No chocolate Ice Cream. And $8 for a carton of ice cream is price gouging. But I would stay here AGAIN.

Overall it's a great experience. Staff, environment, location, facility, were all good.
Few minor things, the drawer door under tv keeps coming out, shower curtain was not low enough so water may come out during shower if not careful. One of the power outlets circuits panel between the two beds was not working.
All minor things but they don't bother my experience staying there. Still give 4-5 stars and would recommend to others.

Breakfast- NOT EDIBLE!!! Oatmeal like plaster, couldn’t get it out of the ladle, eggs like rocks, pancake machine out of order, as was the elevator, the side door where we parked. Cinnamon rolls so dry had to use a fork and a knife.
MANAGER…Natalie, rude and a liar, actually hung up on me when I called her driving 1000 miles home. She said she would return 1 night, (NO) $3.50 per day for breakfast, called IHG, said they gave us extra points, they lied as well I just now found out. Not what it used to be! Horrible and MAD 😡
