Nice overnight stay for a comedy show at the Balboa. Close to everything in Gaslamp. Staff was nice and room and grounds were spotless.

The staff is always welcoming. They even remember our service dogs name! We've been going here so often even the Valet recognizes our car.

We loved our stay. We were recommended as a platinum member. upgraded our rooms, offered water and coffee and extra points. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend when you are visiting San Diego

Great location and rooms with wonderful views. Air conditioning wasn’t working and room was overheated. Video that showed you how to use ac is beyond a joke . Couldn’t get points applied to my accounts for a week

Wonderful stay, welcoming staff, clean beautiful room, great food and fantastic view!!! I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in downtown San Diego, between it very central location to the amenities and cleanliness it is one the best places in the area to stay! The pricing is a great value!

I was excited to stay here but nowhere did it say the rooftop bar would be closed and it was very noisy in the mornings and very disappointing to not be able to use it. Floor in the rooms where sticky and needed a mop and the bathroom felt dated. On. Positive though the staff were excellent in particularly Harmony and the beds were definitely comfortable. Had an excellent night's sleep minus the noise from my neighbour snoring and the construction work which we weren't told about earlier or advertised.

I loved the hotel and I had a great customer service experience with Harmony. Harmony took excellent care of me. She excels at her job and she should be training your new hires. She goes above and beyond for your guests and she should be recognized for outstanding customer service.
I loved the decor of the hotel but the parking was very difficult. Valet is spendy.

Staff is rude. They are not very accommodating, They seem bothered when you ask for things. Only good thing about hotel is the food and the restaurant staff treat you better than the front desk.

The overall experience was great. Was received with a smile and great service. I was impressed by how clean the hotel was inside and outside.
