    Avoid if you can

    Stayed here for 85 nights, over all experience was that this hotel though is part of IHG, it does what they please to do and if you complain about any issue, they will make sure they don't fix it immediately until unless you remind them several times. Out of 85 days, housekeeping missed to do cleaning 4+ times and when complained, no one revert or did anything apart from 'they do miss sometimes' but guys you don't ever miss to charge customer. They missed housekeeping on final day too. Since they lost GM, hotel is like mom and pop shop. They changed my rates when I extended my stay though I was promised that rate will not change and only option was either you pay more and checkout on said date (this was from front desk manager). Sales director who promised & GM, both were no longer with the hotel hence no choice rather pay more. I even reported the issue to guest relations over twitter and was promised call back from new GM but as usual no call or follow up, guess guest relations don't have much control over property. I was told that I will get statement in email but its been over 15 days but no checkout statement but for sure credit card is charged promptly.
