Upgraded at the last minute to a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect! More than enough room for myself and two teenage girls!! Having the little kitchen was so nice, snacks and extra drinks that we brought were perfect for our little trip. Free breakfast in the morning was awesome! Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Really nice place, especially after renovation (last year). Rooms are refreshed and have every thing you need for a long term stay, except maybe an oven. Hotel staff is really nice and will make what ever they can to make you feel comfortable and like home. Breakfasts are not that great after some time, but has plenty of choice and everyone can find something they like. Coffee and tea are available all time, just that green tea runs out pretty quick. Definetly thumbs up and will stay here more often.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jcate1 Poor value
For what I was paying, I expected more. The food was subpar compared to other Staybridge Suites locations around the country, think cafeteria quality. The room was OK, I did find hairs and stains in the fresh towels from housekeeping. Two girls at the front desk were unable to assist me with a payment issue I had but the Hotel Manager came to my rescue, he was awesome. He is the only reason I am giving a rating as high as 4 overall.

Nice hotel. Friendly stuff willing to help. It is located just where I need it. Only Cons is that there is no oven.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tiny13 Totally Dissatisfied
I was totally dissatisfied for the following reasons:
• Cold Room – The attendant had to bring a heater which wasn’t too much of a help, but he tried (we received a discount).
• Pillows – Need replacing – Worn out - no fluff or support.
• Handicap Room – Reservation was incorrect. The attendant tried to accommodate us by surprising us with a handicap room. This was our only choice due to full occupy.
• Doorbell – The handicap room doorbell drove us crazy. The doorbell controls the fire alarm and telephone. When other family members came to our room - rung the doorbell – the fire alarm goes off and the telephone; this got to be annoying. The first time, we immediately evacuated the room – no fire – just the doorbell.
• Breakfast Menu – Eggs were hard, limited selection of food, and boil eggs placed on ice – very cold.
• Family Friendly – This facility was not family friendly at all like the facility located at 2220 Market Place.
The reservationist booked the wrong location – when learned of the error no rooms were available at the time for Market Place Staybridge. I have stay at this location one time before - the experience was much better. My favorite Staybridge is the Market Place location; the best of the Staybridges I have experienced. This Staybridge can learn a lot from the Staybridge located at 2220 Market Place.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by acecsr All around great hotel experience
I've stayed at this hotel for 2 of the last 4 weeks while traveling for business and have to say they have earned my business for the forseeable future. Friendly and personable staff who are very attentive to any needs goes a long way, but the rooms are also very clean and make you feel like you are at home! Thank you Staybridge....

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DB59 Enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay there. It was clean and comfortable with just an exception or two. We had a two bedroom suite with four adults staying there. Two in the king bedroom, one in the queen and one on the sleeper sofa. We didn't expect perfection from the sleeper sofa, but our adult son ended up sleeping on the couch itself rather than opening it up after the first night on the bed. Really bad. The other beds were very comfortable. The only other issue was a sewer smell coming from the tub in the queen bedroom. We called someone who said they would go downstairs and check on it. We never heard from him again, but the smell went away so didn't worry about it. Then it returned the last night and because we got back to our room after 5:00, no one was there to take care of it! Funny, I thought it was a HOTEL. The only option would be to pack up and move rooms. We sprayed Febreeze down the drain ourselves and that helped. Had air conditioning problems the first night, but they did take care of it the next day. Loved the living room & kitchen area. Would have given a perfect score other than the glitches mentioned.
