    Wonderful customer service

    The guest attendant checking us in was very friendly. He even brought a pizza menu from a local pizza place up to our room. The breakfast the next morning was very good and had a great variety. Room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    It is a nice hotel - just very pricey for what you are getting. The only problems we encountered were there were no clean towels in the pool area, the noise level in the hallway could be heard and the bedroom/bathroom was crammed full by the furniture - which made it hard to walk through.

    They wont call you back!

    We traveled with our 3 kids to Omaha to visit the zoo. The stay was fine, the beds were ok but creaked when you moved. The walls were a bit thin but not bad. The breakfast was ok, very standard to what you'd expect for the complimentary breakfast.

    The problem which turned the experience negative was dealing with the customer service afterward. We believe my wife left her glasses behind in the room. I called the day after checkout and was assured they'd call back with an answer within 20 minutes. I thought that was outstanding. And then I called back 7 hours later and gave my phone number again. I was assured they'd call back by 3pm the following day. I called back today, 2 days after the last time, and was told to leave my number and would receive a call back. Are you kidding me??? No ... forget this place.

    We travel to Omaha each summer for a few days and will NOT stay at this hotel again.
