Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by abuse I had to travel away while staying at hotel and on return a day I should have left on was given a talking to by desk staff that the hotel was full and could have lost my room !. I felt talked down to and was not happy, even when I returned later to talk about it same staff member did not come across very good and made me mad. April 28, 2013

Good room (could increase the a/c just a bit...), nice bar and club lounge, workout room (a must) with plenty of equipment, and great overall vibe. Just started staying in Crowne Plazas again in overseas locations and am finding them to be great for business travel. April 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but overpriced food Hotel had very nice lobby and rooms, bar area was comfortable and had ok food. Dinner and breakfast - food was only ok (ribs were dry and scrambled eggs had some hard chunks) so a little overpriced for what I received. I am not used to paying for internet service in hotels anymore but the staff would not give me an exception for 10 Euros for 4 hours of use. Nice view of a park out the back window. Overall it was acceptable and I would go back. April 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Stay Arrived after 2100 after badly delayed flight. Front Desk welcoming and friendly, and efficient, saw off 7 customers in less than 10 mins. Expensive Hotel, but you do get what you pay for, food good, Room service excellent and a very comfortable room and quiet too, which was good considering the location so close to airport and the ring road. will definitely stay again when on business in Da Vinci. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel,poor manager that day! I had a very bad experience with the manager off the day when we arrived at the hotel eastersunday at 22.45 u at night! I am a customer who sleeps every time at the Crown when we depart or arrive from our trip (Park and fly) Luckely the staff manager excused her in name of the other one and she was very good and correct in solving our problem! Otherwise i had never stayed again in the Crown!!! April 7, 2013
