床铺睡的不舒服,服务太差,与标称星级不符

前台给个摆臭脸。生来就不会笑。出了问题第一时间推卸责任。
前台业务不熟练。
酒店服务突然就变得很差,不知道是什么原因。
让住客毫无家的感觉。
酒店卫生打扫的也不行,浴缸用了一次,后续再没给打扫过。

客房服务的电话大部分时间没有人接,在23:00以后联前台和值班经理的电话也没有人接,不能提供任何服务,甚至因没有酒店工作人员而产生不安全感!

员工很友善很有帮助,客房非常舒适,分离式卫浴,床可以再软点,沙发垫也可以再软点。餐厅有点少,自助餐的选择很多,早餐比晚餐好吃。

没住过服务这么差的宾馆。
服务真的很差,人员态度相当恶劣。因为比较新,设施还不错。
服务人员的服务态度有待加强。
