Stayed in Crown Plaza, Nottingham for Business reason and found it best hotel to stay in city centre. I will always use it as first option to stay in Nottingham

Fantastic hotel

Once again I had a fantastic stay at this hotel as I do everytime I stay here. Only had 1 problem during stay they forgot my newspaper 1 morning but this was very quickly rectified by a reception lady walking to the shop and buying me 1. Well done and keep up the great work :0

Helpful and friendly staff

Stayed for one night after going to a concert in the Town centre. Staff were very friendly. One of the receptionists was a trainee and didn't know the answer to a question, but found the answer quickly. The bar staff even put the rugby match on for us! The breakfast was very nice! Have stayed here before and will do again, thanks.

Good hotel

My only criticism of Crowne Plaza, Nottingham was the poor signage to get into the hotel from the car park. Once i had asked reception, I was given directions which were very easy but for a first time visitor, the route was not obvious.
