We live here in the cities and once a month we come and have a stay vacation for the weekend. The included breakfast buffet in the morning is such a nice value added experience to! Great food to! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West We arrived at 12:20 a.m. Friday, August 22 to be greeted by the VERY FRIENDLY smile of Lloyd :-)e had booked a suite and a room. The suite unfortunately was next to a very loud, drunk part who were fighting a the doors were open... Lloyd switched us to the another room on the 3rd floor...to discover the shower was under construction and the room was not in shape for guest....so...with Lloyd being very kind and patient we went up to the 4th floor suite and voila....this entire process took over one hour. The next evening, the door between our suite we discovered the lock was stripped and could not get into the seating area between 2 rooms. Dianna, arrived to apologize and offered us a complimentary cocktail be sent up to our room while we waited...when we called for wake up call our phone DID NOT work...David the Engineer...fixed the problem immediately Awseome group!!! August 29, 2014
