rooms are worn, our bathtub displaying oxidation marks, worn bath enamel, etc. general look and feel in the room is dated/old. the telephone (that initially didn't work) looks like plastic brick, furniture displays marks of extensive use, etc. clearly there is no programme of renewing the room furniture. hotel area itself was not well kept (dirt here and there), no eye for sustainability (irrigation system in a country that has serious problems with water supplies. food wise: the lebanese restaurant was simply terrible, we ordered chicken wings and lamb chops, they served a portion of chicken wings that were pitch black, send it back and then came a portion that was OK, nothing special. the lamb chops were nothing but some pieces of meat, overcooked served with cold (!) plain fries. no sauce or even a piece of vegetable.

Poor Hotel

The check in procedure was extremely slow and inefficient. The staff were not aware of my IHG membership upon check in until I asked them to check again.

My main room toilet was missing hand soap and had a dirty ear cotton bud on the floor!

The breakfast area is appalling and looks more like a cafeteria.

I would like to thank one staff member for going out of his way to assist me during my breakfast- Mr. Basil. He was very professional and caring.

The beach area is pathetic with no staff members visible or present to assist often. The towels provided were wet as if used. Had to ask several times for someone to provide us with a menu, however, this never happened.
The beach area is small and undeveloped.

Finally, the most frustrating fact about this hotel is that you cannot charge anything to your room!!! Everything has to be closed on the spot which makes it an extremely inefficient and irritating experience for the guest.

This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star property in terms of quality of service provided and I will definitely never even consider staying here again.

Soggiorno piacevole, insicuro sul rapporto qualità/prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti con la mia famiglia. PRO: hall e zone comuni molto belle e tutto sommato ben tenute. Presenza di 2 ristoranti, diversi bar e piscine, oltre all'accesso alla spiaggia, che rendono confortevole il soggiorno. Colazione molto varia e abbondante, pranzi e cene nella media.
CONTRO: la pulizia dei luoghi comuni (ad eccezione della hall e delle zone di ingresso all'Hotel, non sono assolutamente all'atezza del nome e al suo costo; anche nelle camere il pavimento era evidentemente non pulito e i mobili non spolverati a dovere. Le lenzuola ed i bagni erano comunque puliti. Le piscine centrali non sono riscaldate e quindi si fatica a bagnarsi in certi mesi (tipo Aprile). Non è compreso neanche 1 accesso alla SPA.
