The hotel itself was clean with comfortable beds. The room was a little tight for two double beds (expecting to sleep 4 people) with not enough room to hang towels for each person in the bathroom.
Breakfast was on the expensive side & there were no "inexpensive", simple choices like oatmeal or a bagel with cream cheese. I don't know where else you would go for breakfast unless you could drive somewhere, but I did not have a car.
The staff was friendly & helpful.
The location was not good for runners as it is surrounded by highways. However, if you like a gym, they did have a decent fitness facility.
It is quick to the airport, but if you want to go into the city, it is a pain in the neck. You have to go back to the airport, catch a bus from there & then transfer to the subway. It takes at least an hour.

Whenever I need to transit at Pearson International Airport with connections that require overnight accommodation, I book the Toronto Airport Crowne Plaza. The price is competitive, the shuttle service convenient, the bed comfortable and the coffee delicious.

The CPTO is in a great location near Dixon Rd and Pearson Intl. Airport. It was a good place to stay having several restaurants literally right out the front door within a 2-3 minute walk. Rooms were relatively small and a bit difficult if more than 2 were in a room. The desk did not have enough space for the chair in front of one of the beds. Made it a bit uncomfortable to work at times when catching up on a little bit of office work. Parking not free? Really?
Good enough stay but I would seek out a little more value in the future.

Stayed 2 nights total - Edmonton - Toronto - South and reverse. Was great to have free shuttle service between the airport to hotel and reverse.

This was a good value hotel for my purposes of being close to the airport. Good dining room on lobby floor. The shuttle service was very good and the driver very courteous.
