We were tired and decided to just have a couple of drinks and eat in the bar. I can't believe how long it took to get Nachos of questionable quality. Additionally, went down for breakfast, no staff in restaurant, informed front desk who did not care. Helped ousself to cold food because we were in a hurry. No one ever checked on us, asked if we needed anything, one female employee walked thru complaining about how early she had to get up. No bill was offered and needless to say I did not demand one. Never again.

My Reservation was messed up to begin with, but I have to admit that they did make it right and adjusted the rate to make it better which helped. The check in was quite lengthy! The room had an odor, maid service was very slow every day. They changed the breakfast from free when we booked to a charge when we showed up. For being a relatively new hotel, it was showing it's age already! One of it's 2 elevators was broke!
I would say it left a lot to be desired.
