This hotel was very family friendly. We rented a King suite and it was very suitable for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again but not because of any outgoing customer service. Mostly because the hotel was very well kept together. The only thing that was unpleasant about our stay was the hotels front desk clerks. We showed up a day early checking in at 1 am and the night clerk was a little odd but sadly was more outgoing then the staff that was there regularly during the day. They all wore a pin that said, "Am I a 10?" but NONE of them were putting out any outstanding customer service. Which is slightly a bummer when you go on vacation and your just trying to have some good positive vibes. Working in customer service I could see some opportunities for coaching and development. I hope that Holiday Inn sees my post and tries to improve their staff because this hotel REALLY is a GREAT hotel. If you can get past poor customer service I would still recommend this hotel. FYI: There is a morning buffet that has everything that is on the menu. The buffet wasn't advertised when we went and when we asked about it the server seemed to be annoyed. Save some money and check out the buffet before ordering.

Would change the small pillows for larger ones on the king size bed. Need a softer, larger pillow and would have brought my own but expecting this to be provided.

We are annual passholders for Disneyland and since we live 2 hours away, we love to stay in hotels near Disneyland to have a "mini vacation" with our kids. We have tried MANY hotels trying to find just the right one and after a year of trying different ones, we finally found it! This hotel has the nicest staff and a very comfortable atmosphere and even the hotel restaurant had really good food! Thank you for making our mini vacation and good one! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Was charged $11.50 a day to park. No refrigerator in room. Other rooms had complimentary newspapers at their door daily. We did not. Hidden fees and taxes added 30 per cent to total room cost. No complimentary breakfast common with most hotels today. Do not recommend staying here.

took the mini vacation to get away for the weekend. Ive stay here before and liked it. so in. we tried it again we weren't disappointed. in fact we found out that they are adding a splash pool . we are probably staying here again and yes we recommended it. staff are great, bar is well stocked. restaurant is alright.

1. Too many hidden costs, never ever had that experience before
2. Too small of a room no space to manipulate in.
3. No refrig. Like I'm accustomed to have or micro.
4. The wall paper coming off walls in, what was the smallest,
Restroom I have ever experienced , other than the ones at my
Construction site.
5. I guess had I gotten down to eat, the buffet breakfast would had
Been warm.
6. When I arrived, the first day, one room a/c did it work, easy fix,
Another room the tv did not work, easy fix. Another room was
Grossly dirty the cleaned yet.
The good part management was on the fixes almost immediately.
Staff was was great and room service was also good.
I have decided that I will not being going to the Las Vegas trip

we were looking for a close location to Disney with good service, kind people and comfortable beds.
We got them during our visit, personnel was always kind and helpull.
breakfast was good , considering that we were travelling with our twins.

This place charges you for parking for everyday that you stay. Its ok if you are going to the parks. I most likley will not return to this location
