They were very professional, and attentive, and because of that I have chosen to use Holiday Inn for all my nights in Arlington, and will alsoi book other members of my team when they come to Arlington October 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Emergency Trip Had a family emergency and had to make a rushed 5 hour trip to the Arlington Ft. Worth area. It was 1am in the morning when family member was stable and able to move to the cardiac hospital and into a room. We had been up since 5am and made the drive plus the stress of the whole emergency. We had not been to this area in 30 years so everything had changed so looking for a hotel at 1:30am was not a pleasant thought. We spotted the hotel and prayed that they would had a room. We walked in and was welcomed with a very friendly smile and warm welcome. Peter was just perfect to the end of a very hard day. He made our stay wonderful told us about the breakfast for in the morning and where the ice and everything was. Told us since we had to leave our home in a rush if we needed anything just to call down. If in the area again I would return to this hotel even if I had to drive out of my way. October 12, 2014

I never write reviews, but thought it was important to let others know to stay somewhere else unless you want a sore back from an extremely uncomfortable mattress. October 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Greatest staff We arrived on Thursday afternoon, for a Navy reunion, just before a storm was about to hit. A terrible storm hit the Dallas-Fort Worth area and we lost power. They didn't know when it would be back on. The staff had the cooks prepare us some finger food and went out and got flash lights. The whole staff was checking on us until we all went to our rooms, around 10:30. If I ever get stuck in a hotel again because of a storm, I hope it will be this one. They even comped the room for that night. Wonderful stay, the ladies compared it to a slumber party and the guys compared it to camping out, fun times. Just want to say a special thanks to everyone out in Arlington. October 9, 2014
