Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and comfortable. I surprised my husband with Texas Rangers Ballgame tickets for our 2nd anniversary. This hotel seemed to be the best one, closest to the ballpark, within my budget. We arrived about an hour before check in time and we were allowed to check in with no hesitation. When we opened the door, we were greeted with the overwhelming scent of cleanliness. It was wonderful. We slept very well. we would absolutely stay again. August 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ballpark Enjoyment We came to Arlington on a spur of the moment road trip to come to a Texas Ranger game. We had no problems getting a nice room at this Holiday Inn. We slept quite well on a very comfortable bed with AWESOME pillows! The free use of the trolley to and from the ballpark was about the best part for us. We didn't want to have to park and then leave the ballpark on our own and the trolley was easy to find after the game. We will stay here again next time we are in the area for a game. August 9, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never again This experience has made me decide to never use Holiday Inn again. The rooms we reserved, with specific instructions on arrival times and types of rooms were never available. The staff could not have cared any less. I have never stayed in a hotel where we encountered so many staff members that didn't care, or didn't take any ownership of doing their job. The rooms were never restocked with new cups, toilet tissue and sometimes stained towels and pillow cases were left after the room was supposed to be cleaned. This is not a family friendly hotel and the trash that surrounded the parking lot is a good indication of the lack of dedication the staff has in the upkeep and their willingness to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
