An off night for the consistent IHG brands
On check in i was not greeted as a priority club member, the member of staff checking me in did not have a name badge and appeared unshaven with his shirt hanging out and top button of his shirt undone.
No explanation was given that the internet access code was on the key card.
Poor choice of food in the restaurant with the spring rolls ordered coming out almost burnt and would have expected the Smoked salmon to be served with bread. The service was very hit and miss with staff more interested in talking to customers that taking orders/seating guests.
The phone did not work in the room, the room faced the road and was load from passing lorries and the bed was uncomfortable.

A good hotel, up to the Normal HI level of Standard.
My only disappointment was the food, The prices did not match the quality of the ingredients.
