I wasn't mad, upset or anything like that, I just know that you can't fix it if you don't know what's wrong! The young man at the front desk that I spoke to on Wed morning (11/19) was so kind and understanding when I told him of my experience. He immediately inquired as to whether I was coming back to the area in the near future because he wanted to give me a free night for my discomfort. Awesome recovery move! He made me feel that my business was important and that Holiday Inn wanted to make sure I came back! Please make sure he gets appropriate recognition for this...I feel horrible that I didn't get his name, which I try so hard to do when I get great service from staff! He took my room number, of course, but wanted details so he could pass the information on to the appropriate staff. This is my third visit to a Holiday Inn within the last 18 months, and I will not stay at any other hotel. The comfort, security, cleanliness and the compassionate staff will keep me coming back.! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and great service Hotel common areas and rooms are in great condition and staff is very friendly and helpful. The big plus is that the Holiday Inn has a restaurant and bar; however they do not open the bar before 5 pm on weekends, which is a bummer on a Saturday afternoon.
