The staff here is very good to the customer, and the rooms were clean with good furnishings (except TV). The TV didn't work the first night, but the desk clerk acted appropriately and adjusted the bill. The rate for this property seems too high.

Traveling to Bloomington, IN was awesome! The staff at Holiday Inn was great! The best service I've received at a Holiday Inn for a while.

As a platinum elite member with over 1000 stays at holiday inns all over the country, this is by far my favorite place. The staff there are second to noyobody!

Staff and location are always great for my needs. When this location is full I try to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in town as well.

I never thought that Holiday Inn was a front-runner in value and comfort, but my mind has definitely changed. After staying at the Holiday Inn in Bloomington, I will definitely be staying at more Holiday Inns when I travel. The Lounge is fantastic, the rooms and common areas clean and tidy. The staff is extremely helpful and really made my stay that much better.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Contacts great night sleep because the TV didn't work
Everything was great at this hotel except for the TV which had sound but no picture. I realized this late at night and advised the front desk who offered to move me to another room. Due to the late hour, I decided to just go to sleep in the sleep number bed. Had a great night sleep. Woke up refreshed and after I checked out, the front desk clerk who I had reported the broken tv to the night before, called and told me she was removing the dinner meal charge from my bill because of the TV problem. Pretty nice!
