Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Passing through - Memorable Experience! Stopped by this location on my move from Massachusetts to Nevada. I was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk and informed that I had been selected as 'Guest of the Day', which entitled me to a free drink. Mylene, the bartender at the in-hotel Bar kept the spot open a few extra minutes as I arrived late in the evening. She was fun, courteous, and attentive! April 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable The heat in the room was malfunctioning during our stay, which had the room at 83 degrees at the point I realized the issue. I called the front desk, but their only remedy was to switch rooms despite the fact that we had already settled it. The floor hvac unit too hot to even touch, and despite me turning it completely off, it was still 78 in the room the next morning. I was promised a call from the manager later that day to adjust the bill, but I never received any contact. April 14, 2015
