Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE this property!!! This is one of the best property I have stayed in, in a while. The staff was awesome... Ryan went above and beyond to make each day enjoyable, I wa in Columbus on business, and he greeted me daily with a smile and a warm "hello". Mylene was a breath of fresh air, all 4'8" of her, If I come back to the area for work, I will be back to this hotel simply for the interaction of these two employees. January 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Clean The HI-Hillard is conveniently locsted near Doctor's Hospital West and provides a great location for the families of patients. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. My ratings would have been higher had the property's entertainment system not had problems with its reception of many popular channels (e.g., USA, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox News) that made those channels unwatchable for my entire stay, which happened to include the Oregon-OSU Natiinal Championship game. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OSU Ice Storm We brought our son back to OSU (BTW-National College Football Champions-GO BUCKS!!!!) ON Sunday 1/11/2015 in an ice storm and decided to stay overnight rather than risk our lives driving back home to Olmsted Township. We called the Holiday Inn in Columbus/Hillard where we have stayed in the past and they got us a room and any toiletries we needed. I wish I could remember the front desk clerk but he was the best, even called us a taxi so we could go to the casino and not have to drive. Very clean and comfortable hotel! January 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Power out? The hotel is easy on and off highway. Quick. To I-70 and Loop. Places to eat both breakfast and dinner. Well decorated good comfortable beds as Always. Special positive to the desk clerk. Woke up to no power. But even with no heat for 3 hours the room stayed warm. Power came back on We got ready and left. This power outage was not hotels fault.
