Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Bad Check In The check in experience was bad, the room I requested was not available (low floor, close to elevator), the ability to upgrade which is suppose to be a big plus with my card NEVER happens. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value This is the 2nd time I've stayed here in the last two months. The price is reasonable and the stay was comfortable. The rooms are quiet and very clean. The staff was attentive and polite. The restaurant menu is limited and didn't have anything I enjoyed. The food seemed fresh, just not terribly tasty. I will be coming back to this area frequently for business and will stay here as much as possible. April 19, 2015

Credit card was given.I was called at 8:30 p.m. to tell me they had given my room away at 6 o'clock p.m. my credit card did not go through due to traveling and unusual charges. But no call was made at 6 o'clock to tell me of this issue. I could have quickly fixed it. Staff said they did not have time to call me and tell me they cancelled my room. at 8:30 they had much less of a room available.I went ahead and gave them a credit card and stayed due to it being so late at night. I will not stay there again in the future as I could not expect they would keep my room or call me if there was a problem. I do not believe this is good customer service. I told the staff it was very unsettling that they would not give me a call and tell me of the problem. April 15, 2015
