A respectable place, but for this area not sure why the price is not 20 dollars cheaper. It's not a vacation hot spot or a business capitol.
New, modern, comfortable; what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

Convenient to the highway and Jackson business. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL, IT WAS SO CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, AND THE BEDS/PILLOWS WERE AMAZING, DIDNT WANT TO GET OUT OF BED. I SLEPT SO WELL, I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

The staff here are great and friendly! The rooms are always clean and nothing missing. I travel a lot for work and Holiday Inn is always my choice for stay.

Very nice rooms and comfortable. We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning lock mechanism locked us out the room. That 2nd room smelled stale but was clean . The person who checked us in and out was not friendly nor did she ask how our stay was. The guy at night who dealt with our lock situation looked unkempt, disheveled,and jittery nervous. The pantry area were you could buy snacks or drinks was poorly stocked or not a very big selection. Not sure why the housekeeper knocked on our door to see if it was available to clean they should know already when and if someone has checked out , that to me is an unnecessary interruption.
