Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, but...... Extremely difficult to locate. Two Holiday Inns allegedly on Airport Rd. HOWEVER!!! Neither of them are actually ON Airport Rd.!!! This particular Inn has very poor signage, i.e. very low, car-door height sign that is hidden by the other signs in the area, located BEHIND Meijers and not visible from Airport Rd. and, like I mentioned, not on Airport Rd. Our room was nice, I thought the bathroom floor was quite dirty, tho. Overpriced for what you get. November 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by If you stay here, have a lot of patience. We were told at check-in that the restaurant has a great breakfast buffet so we were looking forward to it. We got to our room and the toilet had been used by someone and would not flush. That took us back a step while we waited to get a new room assigned across the hallway; which did turn out to be fine. Dinner and evening employees were very nice. Going to breakfast was a bit of a problem. When we arrived there was no waitress to be found. I had a hard time getting the attention of the young man as acting manager since he could not stop texting on his mobile device. He finally answered me and said to sit anywhere. We found one table that was not full of dishes. My wife walked up to check the buffet that was not there. With no one in sight she tapped on the door, and they said they would be right out. The waitress said they just ran out of coffee but she would get us some fresh. While waiting a full fifteen minutes for coffee we had to listen to her walk around and complain to us and the others how she normally works the night shift and that is why she did not know what was going on. My wife finally got up and retrieved two menus for us. The waitress kept bugging us for our order and we told her several times, we just wanted to start with coffee and wake up first. She finally brings out the pot, and no creamer. The dumb waitress had fifteen minutes to get the cream on the table while the coffee was brewing. After my wife and I, requesting from the waitress three times for cream for the coffee, we finally walked out and went to the front desk. The waitress then comes to the front desk with a large bowl of cream, and in her arrogant voice, puts the bowl of cream in my face and says, where would you like me to put this sir? I know what she wanted me to say, but I didn’t. In the meantime, the young man acting as manager stopped texting long enough to smile and enjoy watching the waitress agitate us. The waitress was totally rude and the manager on duty was totally worthless. No one should have to put up with this kind of conduct from Holiday Inn employees. If you stay here, have a lot of patience. The hotel itself is wonderful. We recommend the Denny’s down the street for breakfast. They like us too as we are gracious tippers. November 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff in Hotel and room The room was okay the bed was great loved the pillows the most. I was a little surprised at the staff the front desk had a gentlemen on it I believe it was Jason he had a cell phone in his hand the whole time I was waiting for my ride. Every time the phone rang he rolled his eyes as if he was being disturbed. The waitress' most were nice the one of color was excellent but then there is one named Amber who was yelling at the other young girl right in front of me because she gave a gentle men a cup of apple juice to go. Whether it was right or wrong you don't scold people in front of the customers especially if you are not a manager. November 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by my first and last stay here failed to honor corporate rate request because I hit the prepay button by mistake when I made the reservation on line. actually there is no correct button to hit, all return the wrong room rate, web site issue. no paper in the morning no bill either, had to ask for it at the front desk October 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AJ was a great bartender Hotel bar had great service and decent prices. Room was nice and included a fridge and microwave which is convenient for a business traveler. Only con is breakfast is not included... which is at the express down the street. Could have gotten a better bang for my buck but the service in bar made up for it. October 20, 2015
