We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the rooms were very nice and the staff were friendly. I have stayed there before and would stay there again in going back to Lima.

Room was clean and comfy. Lounge was a great touch after a long work day. The managers Brad and Joan are very pleasant to talk to and manage this hotel very well.

Hotel was attractive and modern. All areas were clean and tidy. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed me to the city. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in this city.

Overall the hotel is in nice condition and the hotel staff is friendly. I was given a handicap accessible room which is not what I reserved. I also had a "beeping" noise that came from a locked door within the bedroom that was constant my entire stay. I had to sleep on the sofa in the suite area and close the bedroom door as to not hear the beeping noise.

We stayed one night in this hotel and were disappointed in the experience. It's a fairly new hotel and the staff were quite nice, but that's where it ended for us.
The thermostat in our room was very erratic. It said 74 but the room was actually 69. Once I put it up to 79, the heat started working and it would run for too long, then stop for quite a while. Eventually we made it through the night by setting it 6 or 7 degrees too warm and adjusting the blankets accordingly.
There is no breakfast buffet so we decided to use the internal restaurant. Big mistake. We were the only customers but it still took them over 15 minutes to prepare 2 "low-carb" omelettes. And when they came, the bacon was greasy and the egg was like cardboard. The coffee was rather cool and when I complained, the waitress brought me another cup, also cool. We suggested using the microwave to warm it up, but she ignored me.
Finally, only one of the 2 room card keys worked.
We won't be back.
