We've stayed at this hotel several times now. It's a quick shuttle ride from BWI and the rooms have been updated and are very clean and comfortable -- especially for the price. But what makes us return again and again is the exceptional staff. Everyone we have dealt with -- from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerk to the maintenance man -- has been extremely helpful and friendly. I'm just not used to that high level of professionalism at this level of a hotel.

While waiting with our children for the airport shuttle at 5 am to take us to the airport we had the great displeasure of dealing with a very intoxicated lady who was literally taking photos of her privates with her cell phone . Just disgusting! She didn't stop at that, she continually tried hitting on the single men in our group and even approached another family with young children (1 may have been 2 and the other a baby) pinching the kids faces, touching & rubbing on them. It is obvious this hotel has no security in place. We missed the 1st shuttle, the 2nd was to full and finally caught the 3rd shuttle and absolutely nothing was done about the situation in the 45 mins. we were outside. We saw the shuttle bus driver witness this bad behavior and presumed when he went into the lobby twice he was reporting this situation. However, if that"s the case no one came to attend to it and if he didn't shame on him! We asked the manager days later and found out this hotel has 0 security on sight and no cameras outside the building.

The accommodations were excellent which is to be expected . The young man at the counter made the difference his genuine manner made it seem that helping me was not just his job but was in fact his pleasure .

The Holiday Inn at BWI was better than I expected, but in this very competitive market, it should consider including a hot breakfast the way its close competitors do.

Arriving at 8pm after a 8 hour flight from Europe all i wanted was a short tide to a hotel where I could get something to eat and a good nights sleep.
That is exactly what I got, it is worth comment as often airport hotels are less than engaging.
This hotel is well placed and run by a cheerful, helpful and efficient team.
The food is good, uncomplicated but well prepared and presented. Breakfast was above average.
After I checked out the shuttle driver took me to the Airport Car Rental centre so i could continue my travels. I'd expected to have to go back to the airport and get the car rental shuttle. A nice and much appreciated touch.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle they provide to take you to and from the train station or the airport was really nice. It was like having your own private taxi. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Stuck in Baltimore, last minute arrangements, worked out great. Room was large and very clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I have been in other Holiday Inns and by far this was the cleanest and most comfortable Inn thus far. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was lovely. Great experience! Definitely a 10 out of 10!
