Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Hotel for the Price I always stay at IHG brand hotels. This one can use some updating but was comfortable. The pool however was a problem and was not useable. Breakfast advice would be to order from the menu as opposed to the buffet. All in all, I would stay here again. August 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is professional and friendly. But facility.... Staff was great and helpful. Facility needs a total face lift including rooms, lobby, restaurant, etc. Beds were fine, dark and cool even though it was hot outside. Restaurant menu needs total overhaul including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Facility needs water filtration system to improve the taste of the water for drinking water, coffee, tea, etc. This hotel for short term is okay, but it needs work because it looks tired. New carpet in restaurant, hallways have peeling wallpaper, the one on the 5th floor smelled WEIRD and the carpet was old. Pool area needs an overhaul. It is HOT in Phoenix (duh) and there needs to be more areas for shade and chairs/lounges that are more numerous and certainly more comfortable! I stay in many hotels around the world and hope that this information is helpful for improving your facility. August 19, 2015
