Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Mesa Get away From the front staff to the food servers the service was excellent. The pool was clean and well maintained, the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room were clean and comfortable, the cost was very reasonable and all of the staff went out of their way to be courteous. We were not happy with the Margaritas, not a fan of OJ in mine. I would stay here next time I come to the area again. July 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Phoenix Hotel When I travel for business in the Phoenix area I always stay at this hotel. The staff is top notch from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant. I even had a door lock fail locking me out of my room and the engineer they sent was pleasant and now says hello when he sees me. I haven't had the chance to bring my family here, but with the great pool with the waterfall and other amenities I think it would be great for a family. Just a great hotel July 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed Feelings We stayed two nights. Before the second night started, we had three rooms: the first had faulty a/c and the second a leaking, backed up sink. The front desk was responsive and helpful to make new room assignments . . . it's because they and other staff, like Norma in the restaurant, were so gracious that I say "mixed feelings." The people working here are great! The other reason for "mixed feelings," is that we usually get queen or king beds; this hotel said they only had doubles--that was okay for the grandchildren, but not my wife and me. The pool here is spacious and a real treat if you like space. July 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In general just OK. Better linen and Bathroom amenities (Toweling), No complimentary breakfast. We have tried the restaurant on previous visits and found it subpar. My wife and I are retired and travel frequently visiting family and touring. We normally stay just one night and move on. When staying at a non family destination we frequently stay more than one night. If this were the case on this stay we would have looked for a more suitable Holiday Inn. July 8, 2015
