Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent Stay Came up for the weekend to visit a friend and found a fantastic deal at this Holiday Inn. Great layout for the property and the staff is top notch! Location is good as it has you in a shopping district and that's good in case you need some last minute items during your stay. If you're in this area consider this Holiday Inn! October 6, 2015

Front desk staff took care of all our needs during our stay. Food was very good, cost was good of food. Laundry service was very good and prompt. Would stay here again. October 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Check in As mentioned earlier I had arrived at the hotel about 1pm from LA. I thought I would check to see if a room was available knowing that 3pm was the check in time. I just felt that the female attendent I spoke to could have been more respectful in her response to my question of checking in early. Her only response was that check in was at 3pm and continued on with what she was doing at the time. By the way I was the only person at the front desk at the time. Please note that this did not ruine my stay with you as it was very enjoyable. It had been a while since I had stayed at a Holiday Inn and as a result of my most recent stay I will choose Holiday Inn on my next trip! September 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Staff But Poor Cleanliness We found a baby cockroach in the bathroom shortly after we checked in to our room. I immediately took a picture of it and went downstairs to show the front desk clerk - she was very nice and sympathetic. She offered to switch us to another room and we took it as we didn't want to take our chances of finding another one. She also mentioned that she would talk to her manager to see about lowering our bill. We shortly moved to another room. However, this time when I went into the bathroom to take a shower, I found a used bar of soap. I understand that things happen but my overall stay of the hotel was very poor... But I did appreciate the staff for being polite and kind. We were able to get $30 taken off our overall bill - that was nice. September 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It's a dump! Absolutely horrible. Unfortunately my company makes me stay at HI properties. First room I was "upgraded" to a suite. It had not been updated since the sixties. Next room was a standard room, I walk in and the refrigerator was open, stuffed with towels, and ice was on the floor. Third room was basic and rundown, best of the three. Walls dinged, paint chipped, small holes in the wall, basic status of most Hi's. Second night found one of the largest roaches I have ever seen in my room. Stay away! September 24, 2015
