Staff always friendly. Everyone always very helpful whether directions, good restaurant or whatever. Always clean and comfortable rooms.

I was recognized by name as a Priority Club member and given a handshake and also given a free breakfast each day. I have never received such a greeting before.

My family has been staying here for years. We love Gerald, he is always so sweet. BUT, the food is horrible and the cleanliness of the hotel has generally gone downhill. The breakfast served is too expensive and not good. The bread that we got was doughy and uncooked, the eggs were dry and cold. We saw several people walk in, look at the food and walk out. But the worst part is, the rooms are unclean. We had two rooms between us and my Aunt complained that when they checked in the bathroom was dirty. So they asked for someone to come and clean and then she said it was still dirty when they returned. Our room was just as bad. The curtains were nasty dirty. The microwave had food and other remains in it. The carpet felt dirty under my feet. While we were there the maid staff was unloading a cart from the elevator one morning and spilled something inside, she swiped at it with a dry towel the rest of that day after people walking on it it was visibly dirty. The remainder of our trip the elevator floor was dirty and sticky. Our group commented on it several times about how the hotel had declined over the year and someone suggested we try a different hotel next trip. Its a shame too. Maybe Gerald shouldnt be so sweet to the staff.

This is a great property. Easy to access from I-10. Plenty of off property restaurants and gas stations.
The breakfast is not the run of the mill hotel fare. Generally, cooked to order. It was a full house this time, so breakfast was a buffet.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are pleasant and beds are super comfortable.
