Restaurant manager made breakfast available to our group a little earlier than the 6:30am start time since we had to leave hotel at 6:15am each morning. Nice customer service. February 18, 2015

I want to state that as I sat in the lobby I had overheard the front desk lady taking care of customers and I must say I have not seen that level of service in a real long time. She was nice, friendly and VERY patient even with the rude ones. I thank Wanda B. for the way she enjoyed her job, she is the main reason I would go back there. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A nice stay My wife and I stayed here for one night with our small dog while traveling back home from Williamsport, PA. We use the restaurant and bar for dinner and the restaurant for breakfast. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Our room, although showing its age was very clean. Our only problem was with the heater/air conditioner in the room. It had a problem! It worked well when first switched on, but would not restart correctly and made noise after the first automatic cut off. I could have asked to change to a different room but I didn't thing it was worth the hassle on my end. I did report it at check out. The menu in the restaurant is your typical Holiday-Inn menu with the exception of the vegetable curry. I asked the staff about this and they said it was added to the menu for their vegetarian guests who stay at the hotel. Check out was very good also, and again nice friendly staff at the front desk. In conclusion, I would stay here again but only for one night February 11, 2015
