Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay Was in the area to visit the White Cliffs (less than an hour away), Canterbury Cathedral, and Bodiam and Leeds Castles (and very glad we did). Have 2 young kids, so a pool was a must, and hotel's didn't disappoint. The steam room and sauna were a bonus for the wife. Stayed on a dinner/breakfast special, and it was worth it. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Wanted to change room within hour of arriving because someone upstairs was partying in mid-afternoon, and staff handled with no problem. Quite happy to stay there again, and recommend to families. February 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bar Food The food, whist served timely and hot, was pretty bland tasting and the portions were small. Albeit we had been working all day and were pretty hungry. Although in saying that the prices were reasonable. The selection is fairly limited though if staying for a while. February 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor Breakfast is extremely expensive £14.95 and of poor quality, staff do not seem interested in any concerns you have, a service charge of £1.50 per day was also put on top of my breakfast bill for the 10 days i stayed with out even asking me. evening food was extremely slow over an hour and the quality was poor also there was food missing off the plate on the 2 occasions i did eat in the restaurant after that i refused to eat there and went out. room was ok but definetly not up to executive standard or the usual IHG standard. Jacuzzi was broken the whole 10 days i was there. check in and check out is painfully slow. would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel February 2, 2015
