Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great overnight stop for snowbirds My wife, our pet Maltese and I stopped for overnight stays during our trek to Destin, FL and back.. This Holiday Inn provided us with our best halfway overnight stop since we began spending part of winter in Florida. The room was quiet and clean; the bed was comfortable and there was ample space in the bathroom. February 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfortable We look for pet friendly. Traveling from Ct were supposed to stay in Fayetteville but decided to go further. Glad we did. We had stayed here last time we came down. The staff is great they even remembered us. Like we were family. The restaurant has the best fried chicken and the people to go with it. The hotel entrance and lobby area was clean and inviting. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had an outstanding stay. February 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best for IHG! Checked in December 31st....Comfotable bed, clean room but some upkeep needed....noisy AC fan....burnt bulbs.... Staff in dining room wanted to party New Years Eve, we we're there for an early supper, we we're served our food which was OK but never asked if we wished a beverage, desert or....bill left on table and that was it....IF STAFF DOESN'T WANT TO WORK DON'T OPEN OR OFFER THE SERVICE! Good breakfast next morning made up for the experience previous evening. For a newer hotel we found general upkeep was lacking. January 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Freeze Heater couldn't handle freezing weather. Staff responded quickly but couldn't fix it. Unit made noise until 2 am. They offered to relocate us but with pet & handicap, there was too much to do & room wasn't unbearably cold. Just uncomfortable.. I did feel that hotel should have turned the heater on early to ensure that it worked since we had a reservation for that specific room & the unprecedented cold weather was predicted.
