Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 They may be cheap but choose somewhere else!
They charged the card I used to HOLD the room before I had even arrived. Upon arrival, they wouldn't let me use a different card nor let me split the room with my friend who was with me. Why? Because they had already charged my credit card. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The cleaning service slammed every door on our hall on Sunday at 8:30-9AM after cleaning rooms. The hallway smelled unclean. I had to make a spur of the moment visit to town and needed a cheap room so I chose Holiday Inn -- never again. I got what a paid for -- CHEAPNESS! If you want comfort, nice staff, and somewhere that doesn't charge you before checking in; stay somewhere else.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grgriff Great Hotel for sleeping
Everything about this hotel is great except for the dining room. Breakfast is decent buffet, but DO NOT eat dinner there. There were 24 of us in town for my mother's funeral and due to very young infants and older invalids, it was necessary to eat in the hotel for 2 nights. Both times, we waited over one hour for our food which was average to burned when finally served. We had only one waitress and she did her best to take care of us, but clearly the kitchen staff was incapable of handling food for our group. The rest of our experience was good including the fact that the hotel offered low bereavement rates for our rooms.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chelsea Liverpool You will SLEEP GREAT!
Fantastic Location, great facilities, extremely friendly staff. Luxury hotel at a great price. Most comfortable pillows, large beds and plenty of room. Breakfast was much better than expected with real eggs and great selection. Very good channel selection. Free internet, but a bit slow. That is only complaint.
