Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room and service great, however not dining the room was clean and well kept. We had dinner at the Amber Room which we looked forward to, but the service was less than good, which was disappointing as the food was all right but not as superb as we had in past visits. The breakfast was overpriced for what we got, although tasty, what can one do to breakfast? Overall, the room and staff in hotel area was fine, but greatly disappointed in the dining area and service. September 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Excellent On Site Restaurant I was at the Stevens Point for a Union Convention so I wasn't on the hotel selection committee. Saying that, I would highly recommend this hotel! From the Check In Staff to the room and the onsite restaurant The Embers, everything was excellent. I used their workout room and while small it had everything I needed. I did not use the pool area but looked in and it looked very inviting and kid friendly. Great prices, great people and an excellent experience. September 21, 2014

I found it relaxing and enjoyable which made the overall experience great. Have recommended it to an organization I belong to - to also use this site for future events. September 15, 2014

During the key note speaker's presentation, she couldn't get the sound to work. Also, bring your own pillows, as the ones provided were like bumpy bowling balls. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Signs Difficult to find elevator at first (they could use a sign next to the vending machines with an arrow pointing down the hall. Likewise when you walk out of the hall with the elevator it would be helpful if they had signs at the end of each hall saying lobby and the other side convention center. It would have saved me some extra steps-- but I don't mind walking. September 9, 2014
