His attitude and willingness to look into the issue brought to our attention the issue with the reservation and it was corrected. I have always been pleased with my stays here and his efforts today proved that this hotel truly cares about its customers. February 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reservations are an issue, don't stay in the conference room I am a platinum IHG member who has been staying in IHG hotels for 11 years. Not the worst but not the best either. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. TV is unreliable and reservations are an issue. I have brought in multiple co-workers over the last two months and have had issues with the follow through on my reservations. One individual was checked out after one night on a three night reservation. The checked and saw the when he questioned them that the reservation was for three nights but they gave him one night when he checked in. He didn't catch that detail when he checked in. The front desk response was Oh we missed that, Sorry we already booked someone else in that room for the next two nights, we can't do anything about it now. This week I learned the reservations I booked for two rooms for the next two weeks has been reduced to one room for 3 nights and 1 for 8 nights starting mid week. I was forced to find another room for myself tonight and to rebook my co-workers in another hotel. I have called the managers cell phone, had to leave a message and have yet to hear back from him. Oh by the way if they offer you the conference room don't take it. Like sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It is more comfortable to sleep in your car. February 20, 2015

I was very impressed with the extra electrical plugs available in the room. I didn't have to unplug anything to be able to use my computer and charge my phone. February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and up to date I enjoyed the hot tub and the variety of different foods available for breakfast. Had an issue with the key but was taken care of. I liked that i was able to control the temperature in the room and controller responded nicely. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to others. February 3, 2015
