Check in was easy. We received the room we requested. Staying at the Holiday Inn is like staying at a familiar place. The lady in the breakfast dining room was charming and helpful.

Came in for Funeral. This was nice and close to Harbor Beach. The place was clean and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bad Axe area.

The breakfast at this location was horrible. Everything was overcooked and tasted like rubber. I am sure the food had been sitting there for hours before we got down to breakfast. We went to check out and there was no staff behind the desk and the breakfast person informed me she would be in for her shift in 20 minutes. I was supposed to wait for the staff to come in? What if I had a real problem I needed help with? I could not believe there was no desk staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. As long as you don't care about the breakfast or having staff on hand I would recommend staying here.

The customer service at this hotel is awesome. I came into the area for a funeral and the staff made my stay enjoyable. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very clean and roomy. And the beds were comfortable making for a great nights sleep.
Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent response to our concern with the TV. The staff came promptly to the room and addressed the issue. Then followed up a short time later to make sure the problem was corrected.
