Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Travel stop over Good location just off one of the main motorways but quite a distance out from the centre of Barcelona and if like us you prefer not to drive into the city be prepared for a big taxi fare. The room and staff were excellent but the breakfast selection was very poor. Nothing at all in the cool cabinet and not much left of the cheese and meat selection and this was just after 9:00 am. We did not complain as we were off further north on our travels but it was not quite the standard we would have expected. July 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by low cost convienient express hotel The Hotel is very well positioned close to the rail station and easy acces to the airport . The nightly rate is very low and the staff are fabulous . The hotel is a high volume family Hotel and therfor needs refurbishment . But hey for the Price I would staill recomend it Just fix the Internet Guys Please July 21, 2015

I am amazed they do not exploit more the availability of a train that is 8 blocks away. If you do not have a car or if you want to go out at night, this is not the place for you. Trip to airport at present is a nightmare due to extensive road works, give yourself plenty of time. Watch the drop from the pavement at the car park exit, I bottomed out. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SERVICIO DE RESERVAS DE HABITACION MUY MEDIOCRE Mi nombre es A.GUT, y efectue una reserva de habitación con unas simples peticiones, 1º-para no fumadores, 2º- a ser posible en el ultimo piso del Hotel, 3º- para dos personas y 4º- en la zona opuesta del Hotel respecto a la ubicacion de la Discoteca, debido a el elevado ruido de la música que dispensa la Discoteca. Esta es mi reclamación, durante las 11:00hrs de la mañana, seg��n horario 24:00 hrs. y en el mismo dia de la reserva del dia ( 20-06.15 ), me puse en comunicación con la persona responsable que atendio la solicitud de mi reserva y de mis peticiones asi como le comunique explicitamente mi hora de llegada al Hotel y me confirmo que estaba todo conforme con la reserva y con la solicitud de mis peticiones aceptadas por lo que recibo un correo de confirmación del estado de mi reserva en el Hotel Holiday Inn, mi sorpresa es que cuando llego a las 02:00 hrs, de la madrugada osea el dia 21/06/15 la persona de recepción la Stra. Andrea no tenia el mas minimo conocimiento de mi reserva, por lo que no le aparecia la reserva en la pantalla de su Ordenador, asi mismo le ofreci los documentos de mi reserva para que se pudiera realizar las fotocopias necesarias, ya que por precaucion yo mismo realice una impresión de los documentos de la reserva por seguridad desde el despacho para asegurarme la estancia en el Hotel Holiday Inn y asi iniciar los preparativos necesarios para el viaje de salida. Sin nada mas al respecto y en virtud de los daños morales y los perjuicios ocasionados debidos a causa de su negligencia y completa participacion en este conflicto, es por ello que transmito esta reclamacion al departamento de atencion al cliente ó al que corresponda y solicito de Uds. su compromiso de obligacion por el desagravio de este caso y valoren una solucion compensatoria para las personas afectadas en la reclamacion.
