Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent motel in a small town I was in Beatrice to visit friends and made arrangements at the last minute to stay at the Holiday Inn for the night. The motel area was quiet and lots of parking was available. The clerk was friendly and checked me in quickly. I found my room easily and while I was getting my bags in, the only thing I had to do was turn the temperature up a little. I spent a quiet and restful night there. The bed was very comfortable and I wasn't bothered by any other guests. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and I was able to check out quickly and get on the way. July 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room smelled of dirty socks Stayed in two different rooms, due to unfriendliness of front staff and not helping to book rooms with the hotel being full. The room we received on the 2nd floor smelled of dirty socks. Then some idiots decided to pull the fire alarm on a Saturday night with tons of sleeping kids there for a baseball tournament. Beds were confortable and pillows ok. It is one of the best hotels in Beatrice to stay so I guess you take what you can get. July 1, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I would skip this HIE until remodeling is over. Our room seemed shabby and I realize this hotel is in the middle of a remodel but I think the prices should reflect what you are receiving. Our room wasn't clean enough w/ popcorn kernels on the carpet. The bathroom light took 15 minutes to warm up to be able to see well in the bathroom/shower area. The tub/shower plug did not work properly and repeatedly closed on its own while we showered. I don't feel this hotel meets the standard that we have expected at HIE. June 28, 2014
