Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Refrig and bad info at front desk When I checked in I asked if they were going to start breakfast earlier for the half marathon people and I was told they did not believe so. When we came down in the morning to leave we found out the breakfast had been started early. It would have been nice to have that information the night before. Also the refrig in the room was warm. I told the front desk on our way out for dinner and when we got back nothing had been done. When I looked at it more I saw it was not plugged in. Not sure why it would not have been plugged in - I really don't feel like I need to be the person crawling behind the dresser to plug it in. Another thing I found interesting was there was no blind or curtain we could close so outside could not see in. April 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful experience - please beward! It's the staff at this hotel that really made the experience awful. The person at check-in botched room keys three times resulting in three trips back downstairs for new keys. Once in a room, the AC unit didn't work (and the room was nearly 80 degrees). Having now wasted nearly an hour of precious time to see family in town, we asked for a different room. The staff insisted on sending up a maintenance person, wasting more time. We stayed in Bloomington to see family, not chase around with inanity at the hotel. WIth only a few short hours to see family we don't see again for many months, this waste of time was a big deal. Unfortunately, the manager made light of the inconvenience and precious time wasted, and she couldn't even muster a sincere and heartfelt apology. It's a poorly run hotel. It felt like the staff never stay in hotels and don't realize what a well-managed hotel experience can be like. April 5, 2015

I told her there was a DH that day due to rain. She packed me a little snack bag for the day. So thoughtful and came in handy for me. March 19, 2015
