We had another lovely stay here. We love this hotel when we return to Bloomington to visit the IU campus. It is clean, well-runned, and the folks at the front desk are always very friendly and efficient.

We checked in at 6pm,, walked across the street to Texas Roadhouse (though there is a McDonalds, Golden Corral and 2 others...all within walking distance and whatever suits your budget)
The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The breakfast served in the morning was fabulous. They had GOOD scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, plus the usual continental breakfast fare. A great stay, we plan to use the pool and hot tub next time.

I stayed there in Oct. 2012. Had an extra charge of $100 on my credit card.
I contacted the corp. office. They told me someone from the hotel would contact me within 48 hrs. Never heard from anyone.
I have left numerous messages on the managers voice mail. and when I stay there I ask to talk to her and leave messages with the front desk. Still have not had a call from anyone.
Be careful if you use your credit card at this hotel.

The Staff at this resort is top of line. The rooms are overwhelmingly charming and comfortable. All of your needs are rapidly addressed and taken care of to your personal satisfaction. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bloomington Area.

We were traveling with another couple on our motorcycles. We were recognized as priority members and our room keys were ready upon arrival. Larry from the front desk was very helpful with maps, directions, and eating recommendations. Would stay here again. I liked the large vanity area in the bathroom and the extra touch with the small sink above the refrigerator.

Lets start out and say the staff is awesome and very helpful. I have stayed at this location a couple times. If you are in the area this should be your stop its in a great location with everything around you from restaurants,shopping, and highway access. Now I did have a little issue when I first checked in but it was just bad communication between the staff. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I understand things happen since I travel so much and it took only a couple minutes to correct the issue. This really is a great hotel and even better staff and nice rooms. The breakfast was nice also they offer some dinner options a couple nights a week. The hotel is clean and in a good area. When I come back to this area this place will be my stop.
