Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Comfortable This location is convenient to the highway we travel to Bloomington. It is within walking distance of a McDonald's and a couple of restaurants. It's a simple ride to campus and the downtown area. We enjoy the breakfasts and reading by the fireplace in the lobby/lounge area. We've stayed here two or three times since our son started IU this past fall. We look forward to staying here again in March. It is a great value for us. February 24, 2015

We decided that this is our choice hotel to stay at when coming into town to attend IU mens basketball games. The hotel has excellent service and quality accommodations. February 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff helped out in all ways Exceptional breakfast staff and housekeeping, breakfast staff was challenged on two mornings with college teams but staff far exceeded the needs of all patrons. Breakfast was kept going later than normal hours so all could have time to eat and have selection of choices for breakfast. Because of winter weather reservations had to be revised and Manager Dawn Crawford worked with us to accommodate the needed changes to our schedule. February 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Worst stay at a Holiday Inn Express ever We showed up at to check in a little early to begin with. At 1:45. We were given our key and told it would not work until 300 which we understood perfectly. We left and went shopping. Came back at 4:00pm an hour after check in is allowed. We went to our room and walked in and it had sheets and cups and dirty towels all over. It had not been cleaned yet. We went back down to the desk and told them. They said we are short handed and it would be less than an hour. 3 hours later we still were not in our room. We sat and waited in the lobby for 2 hours to get into our room With several other famies. We complained and the girl at the front said we will discount your room $25 for the inconvenience. It was not worth $25 sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours. Let me tell you. there was a huge basketball tournament in town and an Indiana University game in town. And your motel was shorthanded! We have stayed at your motel 3 years in a row. But not going to next time. The several other families who were waiting just like we did all agree it's time to move to another motel. We bring 15 families up and were all not happy at all. If I ran my business like that ... I would not have a business. That's crazy. February 11, 2015
