At first I did not like this hotel. I stayed at another Holiday Inn I thought was perfect not far from this one and did not have any troubles with getting my points. I came to this Hotel and the lady behind the counter was vary short and rude with my questions. I do not remember her name. She was short and heavy set she made me want to check out and go next door to another hotel. The next day I talked to Heather and she got it all worked out above and beyond my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any sort of traveler
just talk to Heather or Mrs Jackie and you will not be let down.
The rooms are vary clean. The beds are comfy especially all the pillows they give you.
Thank you Mrs Jackie and especially Heather for making my stay well worth it.
P.s. see you in the future

The cleaning staff was neglectful in not having all the rooms cleaned in a timely matter. Our first room had not been cleaned and we arrived at 9:00 PM. We were quickly moved and upgraded to a clean room.

I checked in yesterday with a lot of work to do via my computer. I travel for my work and have done so for 15 years so I am well aware of how to access the internet via my computer. As I write this I am in one of your properties in Richwood, KY. I called the number to get help as I was unable to access the internet. When the technician picked up the phone, I heard a rooster crow. Not very professional. I told him what the problem was and he insisted on calling the front desk clerk so that he could talk to her and she could manipulate my computer to access the internet. Not only did that not work, she was very nice, but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I called him back to ask if he could walk me through accessing the internet and he said that he would call her up to my room again. I was not comfortable with this at all, especially because of his unprofessional behavior. I will not stay at your Carrollton property again.

I arrived late and the staff was very friendly and recommended places that were still open to eat. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely stay there next time in the area.

the employees and condition of the room made the stay a very satisfying experience. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast was adequate for anyone. The stay was as good as any that I have had at a Holiday Express. I would recommend this motel to anyone whether they are traveling for business or pleasure.

Everything was great except for the WiFi was in and out. Lady at front desk said it was because of snow. I would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at in their travels.

This is the first time I have had complaints with this Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived (driving two vehicles, both with handicapped parking permits), there were two cars parked in the three handicapped parking spots and neither had handicapped plates or placards. When we checked in, I told the front desk clerk there were 2 cars parked in handicapped with no authorization. She said, "Oh, one of them is mine." I said, "Shame on you." After about two hours, we left the hotel for dinner and both cars were still illegally parked in the handicapped spots AND the clerk I had spoken to was in the hallway between the front desk and the dining room in an embrace with a man. In addition, there were obvious signs of wear in our room - a chip out of the bathtub, grout missing from the floor tile.
