Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly The staff is always friendly from the moment you walk in until your departure. Every member of the staff acknowledge you when you see them. Breakfast is always served on schedule or earlier, food is hot and the "Chef" keeps a watchful eye to make sure everything is fully stocked. The front desk staff is one of the friendliest I have known in my 20 plus years of extensive travels. Keep up the great work everyone! March 17, 2015

Sadly we were there for a funeral and it was comforting to us to have such a nice to place to stay. We were rushed for time so didn't have a chance to take advantage of all the nice amenities the hotel had to offer. March 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express there in Carrollton, Ky. on several occasions. With each stay, I am met by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, stocked and I find the laundry service a nice plus. I have recommended this hotel to many of my co-workers and family and will continue to do so. March 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful staff We arrived late and were greeted by name when we walked into the lobby. I'm sure we were the last ones with reservations to check-in that night, but it was still a nice touch. The only area for improvement I can offer is that the mattresses need replacing. We joked that we sank so deep into the mattress that we couldn't see each other! February 10, 2015
