I stayed here because I had a conference across the street at the civic center. I was in a convenient location to the civic center, as well as places to have dinner. I was able to go 4-5 blocks away every evening for dinner.
My room was clean and comfortable, and house keeping did an excellent job keeping up with my amenities.
They also have a lot of perks that were nice. On Tuesday nights they have a happy hour where they give away beer and wine as appreciation to their guests. In August they have free pancakes for dinner. They also have free breakfast every morning, and it's pretty good with bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, breads, and milk and juices. There is 24 hour coffee and tea.
The extras here are what makes the stay nice.
The staff is very nice and they are always there to help you find a place for dinner or anything else you may need.
I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

I stayed for business and I was away from home. It was a scary experience to do on my own, but the hotel staff made the experience a good one. I loved the fitness room and the complimentary cookies. I also enjoyed the accessibility of the hotel to place I need to go. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

My family stayed at the Inn in route to Berea Kentucky. I recommend The Holiday Inn Express and was pleased with the overall quality-price, cleanliness and continental Breakfast. Plus 8-12pm pancakes in August!! The lobby was comfortable and the internet was used and was fast. Very impressed by the quiet and the ease of check-in and check out.
