I was only there for one night on business. I needed internet access to send emails and do work. Unfortunately, i was only able to stay connected for about 10-15 minutes and it was extremely slow. When i called the night manager, he took 45 minutes to respond. Then I wanted to buy a sprite from the fridge at 8pm and he was away from the desk for 20 minutes +. I finally gave up.
Next morning I went to breakfast, and the hot food was cold and soggy, especially the eggs.
I will not ever stay here again.

This is a very beautiful property, it just irks me that they offer NO Priority Club benefits- they told me that instead of getting water or a snack, I would get Free parking! That's preposterous! This is the only IHG property that I know that is cutting corners like this and they should be ashamed of themselves.
It's not that they don't have water available, they have an ample selection of refreshments TO BUY- If IHG is going to take the airline business model, I'll just buy whatever I need before I get there- like I do when I'm flying.

I have stayed here about 5 times before, but never left a review. Nice property. Very convenient to the highway. I like to choose the room with the jacuzzi tub, but hardly ever actually take advantage of it (until this last stay). Overall quite positive. The staff was very warm and friendly. The only issues I had this time involved the fact that the waffle/pancake machine was down (I always look forward to that), the only fruit at breakfast was bananas (normally there are others to choose), and the required Award Points have gone up. I would definitely stay here again.

This motel is a great location in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

We stayed here the beginning of April this year (2103). I am thankful in some ways that we used our points and did not have to pay for this hotel. In other ways had we checked in and was paying for the hotel we would have left. The hotel room was dirty. You could feel the dirt on the carpets when you did not have shoes on. The next morning we left to go out. When we came back the room had been touched up, beds made, but the dirty glasses etc.. were still there along with some garbage we had left to be thrown out. The bathrooms were not clean or cleaned, only picked up.
I wrote a letter to Holiday Inn when we got back and am very disappointed in the fact that they have yet to respond back to us. Our company uses Holiday Inn's across the states for our employees, I have to say we have been in some hotels that were better than others. but never one like this. We certainly wasted our points on this hotel.
If we do not hear back from Holiday Inn soon, we may be taking our business else where also. I am very shocked at the lack of response from them regarding this hotel.

I have been Priority Club Platinum for almost as long as the program has been in existence and have stayed in a lot of hotels but I was very disappointed in this property. When I arrived I looked for a luggage stand in the closet. None there, so I asked a maid for one. She said there are none use the bench by the window. When I told her my room number she said"Oh ya that room don't have one".
I said I don't want to scratch the desk and having just had an eye operation I can't bend over to the floor. She said "I didn't design this hotel. The room was very expensive so I expected it would be right in the middle of everything..NOT even close. It's way out from the attractions and Restaurants. The vanity light was out and not replaced in 2 days of my stay. No toiletries or coffee was left the 2nd day as well.
You had to get in early to get a parking spot due to trucks taking 4 or 5 spaces each. They did waive the five dollar parking fee..!

Hotel was great. Good location to Ruby falls and Rock city. Close to city attraction IE the Aquarium. Great location to food down town
