Great hotel with a great staff able to help with any problem or question I might have. Curtious and prompt service, and the staff is very friendly, makes for a great experience .

Thank you for having smoking rooms. I will drive 20 Min. out of my way to stay here instead of Columbus, all the hotels there went non-smoking. I had a very enjoyable stay and treated like a person instead of an animal. I will stay here everytime I have work in Columbus.

Was a nice hotel for our 1 night stay. The bathroom could have been a little bigger and needs upgrade. The pool was nice. Did not get a chance to eat breakfast. Overall a nice hotel for the money.

The hotel was nice and clean. Stayed 5 nights for work. Breakfast was the normal Holiday Inn buffet. I would stay there again, but.... My room was right next to the elevators and ice machine and I could hear everything through the walls. Made a reservation for a king bed and received two doubles. The locks on the back and side doors were not working so I had to walk around the building each day to get in when I had to park in the back. I would think they would be fixed asap. Annoying, but it was ok I guess.

Was in town for two months working nights at a nearby plant and had the pleasure of staying at the Circleville Holiday Inn of Ohio. During my visit I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. The entire staff seemed to enjoy working there and eager to accommodate with a smile. Every housekeeper seemed to have been aware that I worked nights because, I think, they tip toed during the day. I never heard a peep from anyone!
I have bragged on the staff there to everyone that has asked and probably some who didn't ask...figured they should know too.

When I check in the staff was very nice. About a hour after I check in I got a emergency phone call so I went to the desk to let them know I have leave . The front desk person Lee said no problem we wont charge for the room .Very nice Staff.

Considering the price we paid to stay here for 2 nights...I was a little disappointed in the our room. Might be time for some "sprucing up". Patched in wallpaper didn't look too good. Burn holes on the sofa and the carpet(supposed to be a non-smoking room). After night one I happened to flip my pillow over and there were brown stains all over the other side of the pillowcase......ugh, hate to even think what those stains might have been!
Breakfast left a lot to be desired also.....orange juice dispenser was broken, stale biscuits to go with the definitely canned sausage gravy, pancakes weren't too bad on day 1 but too bad the machine was broken on day 2 when the breakfast selection was even worse, fianlly brought out some cheese omelets which were still partially frozen in the middle......needless to say we went somewhere else for breakfast that day. Only fruit we saw offered was bananas and all the bread choices tended to be stale, no butter, etc. Guess we have been spoiled by the consistently good breakfast we have when staying at other hotels.
Overall, not my best hotel experience :(
