Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check your thermostat So, on a typical trip, you check-in, take your bags to your room, you flip up the thermostat cover (unless it's really new and electronic on the wall somewhere) and you turn on the Heat or AC depending upon the season. Then you sit back and wait and soon the room is a perfect temperature for watching TV, Sleeping, or what ever else is planned. Not this trip. This was a stop to recharge the batteries while we were making a long driving trip. Unfortunately we checked in late at night, (after midnight), we turned on the Heat, cranked it up to 7 of 10 and set the heat button to low. We showered and went to bed. My wife woke up a few hours later cold, so she switched the heat button to "high". A few hours later we had to be up and back on our way. The room was freezing. I went back to the thermostat and turned the knob, it went way past 10. I then realized it wasn't adjusted correctly. What we thought was 7 was really 3, and essentially the unit produced no heat the entire night. So a stop to recharge and grab some Zzz's turned out to be worse than continuing driving through the night. I felt worse in the morning than when I went to bed at 2 AM the night before. At least there was some bacon on the buffet for breakfast. December 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by refurbish this site quickly Water pressure was great. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of this stay. Couple more stays like this one and will be building my other brand points. Carpet in halls was disturbing, elevator was a mess, and room was tired. I was exhausted or I would of canceled.
