When I arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. I waited a full 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk before I could chek in. Two other times I returned to the motel and the front desk was not attended. The airconditioning system was loud and outdated. You could not select a digital temperature, you could just turn a dial and it ran constantly and either froze you or roasted you. The pool was unbelievable nasty. Dark green muck with gunk floating in it. I travel for my job and do close to 200 nights a year in motels. Usually breakfast starts at 6 AM. Breakfast did not open until 6:30 which is too late for many business travelers. I usually stay at a competitors property, but in Corbin the competitor's internet is so slow it is not usable so I stayed at the Holiday Inn. However, I will not be back.

Good and clean like many Holiday Inns. Fitness room has had one treadmill out of order for at least two weekds and bike poorly maintained. "High Speed Internet" is only 0.7 Mbps, not good enough for work, and WiFi connectivity is spotty.

First ever review here on the Holiday Inn website. We booked a "kids suite" not knowing exactly what to expect. I had seen pictures in the past when booking other rooms but had never tried one. The kids suite at this location was excellent. Seperate room with door, kids had bunk beds so they didn't have to share a bed. Worked out Excellent!!

We were very happy with the Hotel exvcept - the bathroom (tub) area needs to be updated, or redone. It was nasty looking.

The room was not as clean as it could have been. Coffee mugs were not clean and the shelf they were on was dusty and sticky. The room was very warm when we arrived. We turned on the air conditioner but it stopped working about midnight. We had a very muggy warm night. We were not recognized as priority card members nor were we even offered complimentary bottles of water. No compensation was offered for the AC not working. Won't stay there again and won't recommend this hotel either. We stay almost exclusively at Holiday Inn's and this one does not measure up!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Corbin on our way to Florida. The room was great. Very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to my fellow Snowbirds.
