Comfortable, clean and great beds, pillows and temperature in the room. We always look for Holiday Inn properties as we know that it will be a good choice. July 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Location, Great Outdoor Pool, Modern Accommodations This hotel is conveniently located right off of I-75, and there are several restaurant choices in the immediate area. We walked to Dino's Italian Restaurant, which had friendly service, a nice atmosphere, and delicious food. Also, if you show them your room key, you get 10% off of your meal (the friendly hotel staff helped me with that tip). My 3 children and I enjoyed relaxing in/by the outdoor pool. There were nice lounge chairs that were poolside. The hotel room was very modern, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast area and free breakfast were great! Finally, our curtains were a little bit worn (actually had a hole), and our view was only of the roof, but overall, this was a nice stay, and I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. Enjoyed the cookies and ice cold water with lemon when I arrived. Was surprised that there was not a microwave in my room. Was told due to Holiday Inn safety policy. Front desk was nice to let me use one in the kitchen area. July 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Not Handicap Friendly Hotel was OK. Breakfast OK. Main issue was the attitude of day staff at departure. Upon checking on vehicle in parking lot it was found that all handicap stalls were full. Two did not have handicap cards or license plates. One was the same employees car we has seen on a previous visit. The front desk clerk was questioned about the cars. He stated the other cars were staff. His explanation was that there were no other places to park so they use the handicap stalls. There were plenty of stalls, just not close ones. It seems that staff is more worried about their comfort than allowing handicap people to have a place to park. It is also against the law to do this. If the hotel really cared about their handicap guests they would stop this practice even if it required staff being ticketed. Do not go to this hotel if you want a hotel that shows they are truly handicap friendly. With my wife being handicapped we will not use hotel again. July 13, 2015
